MEET ASPEN'S PREMIER CHEF
Hello! My name is Jason Frydl and I am a 25 year resident of Aspen.
All of my produce is organic and sourced from my local garden, or from local farmers, and other specialty stores.
I know where the food I prepare comes from: the beef and chicken I serve, are sourced through local Ranchers in the Roaring Fork Valley, it is all organic and free range. My fish is wild caught, and flown in on the day of the event.
I am able (and used to) accommodating any dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and food allergies).
